COSTS AND REGISTRATION

Both sessions are available to at no charge to invited participants. However advance registration before November 20th is required. Participation in the meeting is at the discretion of the organizers and the chairs.

All participants (except funded participants) are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. Substantive meeting papers and other announcements will be posted online as they become available.
